☺1st stay in Benedorm was a good location and decent accommodation for money
Staff were very friendly, breakfast lovely and good choices

Fantastic stay here. Loved every minute.
☺Location is perfectly situated in the old town, close to beach shops and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly and welcoming nothing was to trouble.
Will definitely stay here again.

Great Holiday in a Hidden Gem
☺we enjoyed our stay and found all of the staff pleasant hard working and always friendly breakfast was included and freshly cooked to order which was a nice touch while the hotel was older and rooms a bit small there were never any issues with hot water and fresh towels location was very good for old town bars and restaurants there was a small rooftop bar with reasonably priced drinks and great views we would happily stay here again without hesitation its very clean and well maintained i suggest you give it a try

☹the only thing we didnt like was the steps on the terrace/seated area outside it can be quite hard to navigate suitcases through this area as its very popular and busy  however it wasnt a big issue it certainly wouldnt stop us from returning

☺Très bien situé. On peut aller à pied partout. Le petit déjeuner très bien, le personnel au top, très sympathique et serviable. Le bar qui se trouve sur le toit de l hôtel est super bien. On a adoré.

☹Un peu bruyant mais c est normal, on est au centre du vieux Benidorm.
